Starting today, Monday, May 11, 2026, T&M Construction will install traffic control and close a portion of Cedar Ridge Dr in preparation for Phase 3 of improvements to Cedar Ridge Drive. Pavement removal is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The construction for Phase 3 is estimated to be completed within nine (9) weeks, weather permitting.
Phase 3 will close Cedar Ridge Drive from Bluestem Lane west for approximately 220 ft toward Valley View Drive. Traffic control and detour signage will be moved Monday morning. Residents Valley View Drive will have access via Marymount Road. Residents on Bluestem Lane and Briargate Drive will have access via Markley Road.
