Beginning Monday April 13th, APAC Shears of Salina will begin the final phase of the 2025 Mill and Inlay project by applying pavement markings on Broadway from Crawford to Republic, Crawford from the west city limits to I-135, and Belmont from Magnolia to Roach.
Crews will use pavement marking equipment with mobile traffic control to place the new striping. Drivers are encouraged to use caution in work zones, stay clear of the equipment, and avoid driving over freshly painted lines. Alternate routes are recommended when possible to help protect the safety of both workers and the traveling public.
This work is part of the City of Salina’s 2025 Mill and Inlay Project, an annual street maintenance program with a total project cost of approximately $900,000.
