BELMONT BOULEVARD REPLACEMENT BEGINS
On Tuesday, September 29, 2014, Bryant and Bryant Construction of Halstead will begin removal and replacement of Belmont Boulevard from Highland Avenue to Ray Avenue.
The project is planned to have four phases, with each of the phases utilizing a crossover and two way traffic on either the current northbound or southbound lanes. This first phase includes the replacement of the northbound lanes from Summer Lane to the Fire Station #3 entrance.
The project is expected to last approximately eight weeks, weather permitting. Motorists should expect traffic delays and consider alternate routes.
