Volunteers Needed for Street Fair

Volunteer help is needed for the Smoky Hill Museum Street Fair which takes place on September 24, 2016 at Eighth Street and Iron Avenue in Salina. A variety of positions are still open with shifts available throughout the day. Jobs include helping children in the make-and-take craft area, selling tickets for the bouncy houses, helping with the parade line-up, and spelling demonstrators for lunch. Most shifts are two-and-a-half to three hours long, but allowances can be made.  Lunch will be provided for all volunteers either before or after their shift. Volunteers under 18 must sign-up with an adult.

The Smoky Hill Museum is a nationally accredited history museum, in the heart of downtown Salina, Kansas. This FREE museum is open Tuesday-Friday 12-6, Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 1-5.
