During the month of February, our nation formally celebrates the many contributions Black people have made to our country. Black people are an integral part of the moral fabric that holds our country, state and city's moral fabric together.
Citizens are invited to commemorate Black History Month on February 3 by attending a Black History Month proclamation reading, which will take place at 4 p.m. in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 W. Ash St.
