BETWEEN NINTH STREET AND HIGHLAND AVENUE
On Monday, July 28, 2014, Cloud Street will be closed to through traffic between Ninth Street and Highland Avenue for water main work.
Work is expected to be complete by July 30, 2014.
Motorists should be prepared for minor delays and are encouraged to find an alternate route.
