NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider the following application(s):
Application #PDD04-4/4B, filed by Hutton, requesting an amendment to the Roosevelt-Lincoln Planned Development District to make the following changes:
1. Repeal the limitation that all dwellings must be occupied by elderly people (ages 55+) to allow residents of all ages to occupy the apartment complex;
2. Allow two (2) ground signs (one sign for each building) and no wall signs for the property;
3. Modify the number of off-street parking spaces required for the apartment complex from 102 off-street parking spaces to 58 off-street parking spaces.
4. Amend and update the landscape planting plan.
The subject property is legally described as the School Park in the middle of the block and Lots 6 - 10 in the School Park in the Original Townsite of the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and addressed as 220 South 7th Street.
The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
