NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Salina Board of Zoning Appeals to consider the following application(s):
Application #V26-003, filed by Henry Klover of H.C. Klover Architect on behalf of Nine South Development, LLC, requesting a variance of 25 parking spaces from the maximum allowable number of off-street parking spaces for Lot 4, Block 1 of the Replat of Nine South Addition, located on a 1.10-acre tract on the east side of Market Place between the Market Place Apartments and Sam's Club, to allow a total of 56 off-street parking spaces where Section 42-554(b) of the Salina Code of Ordinances otherwise limits the maximum to 31 spaces, has been filed for a public hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals on May 21, 2026. The property is zoned PC-5 (Planned Service Commercial). The property is located at 2755 S. 9th Street and is legally described as Lot 4, Block 1, Replat of Nine South Addition.

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building and may also be joined via Zoom on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
