NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Salina Board of Zoning Appeals to consider the following application(s):
Application #V25-6, filed by Megan Schaffer of Lumineo Signs on behalf of Marymount Properties requesting a front yard sign setback variance of ten (10) ft. from ten (10) ft. (the minimum setback required for a ground sign in the University (U) district) to zero (0) ft to allow a new ground sign for Marymount Properties to be installed directly behind the front (Iron Avenue) property line. The property that is the subject of this application is legally described as:

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building and may also be joined via Zoom on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
