NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Design Review Board of Salina Business Improvement District No. 1 to consider the following application(s):
Application #CC26-004, filed by Lumineo Signs on behalf of Salina Area Chamber of Commerce, requesting approval of a Certificate of Compatibility to allow the following:
- Installation of one (1) new non-illuminated awning sign and three (3) new aluminum wall signs on the south façade of the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce building facing Ash Street.
- Removal of the existing awning and installation of a new awning and awning sign on the south façade of the Salina Area Chamber Annex Building.
The subject properties are legally described as Lot 69 and Lot 71, 73, 75 and 77 on 7th Street in the Original Town (now City) of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and are addressed as 218 N. 7th Street and 120 W. Ash Street. |

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
