NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider the following application(s):
Application #Z08-10B, filed by Les Schwab Tire Center, requesting approval of a final development plan to allow the construction of a new tire center facility on a PC-5 (Planned Service Commercial) zoned property. The subject property is a 2.15 acre tract of land located at the southwest corner of South 9th Street and Todd Circle and is addressed as 3250 S. 9th Street. The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Tuesday, August 5, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
