NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider the following application(s):
Application #Z25-6, filed by Tyler Adams, requesting a change in zoning district classification from PDD/R-2 (Multiple-Family Residential) to R-S (Residential Suburban) to allow for the construction of a single-family residence. The property that is the subject of this zoning request is legally described as Lot 1, Block 5 of the Mariposa Subdivision in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. |

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
