NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider the following application(s):
Application #ZMA26-003, filed by Matthew Murphy with Treanor Design on behalf of Salina Regional Health Center Inc., requesting a Zoning Map Amendment from C-3 (Shopping Center) and R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential) to C-4 (Central Business) to allow for the construction of a new surgery center, has been filed for a public hearing before the Planning Commission. The subject properties are legally described as Lot 174, Lot 176, Lot 178, Lot 186, and Lot 188 all on Fourth Street in the Original Town (now City) of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and are addressed as 308, 312, 316 and 320 S. 4th Street.
Application #CUP26-001, filed by Devin and Amanda Mckee, requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the establishment and operation of a group day care home in an unoccupied residential dwelling, located in a R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential) zoning district. The subject property is legally described as the north 65 feet of Lot 10 of the Cunninghams Replat of Block 15 of the Oakdale Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and is addressed as 315 Oakdale Drive. |

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
