PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
RESTRICTED ACCESS VACATION REQUEST
The Salina City Commission will hold a public hearing on April 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in Room 107 of the City-County Building, for the purpose of considering Petition #4444 which has been filed by Ann Feil, Chief Operations Officer (“petitioner”), on behalf of Salina Health Education Foundation. The petitioner is requesting a 105-foot-wide break in restricted access along the west side of Ohio Street north of Edison Place located on Lot 2, Surveyor’s Plat No. 52 to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. All interested parties may appear at this scheduled public hearing and be heard before the Salina City Commission.
