ORDINANCE NUMBER 25-11259
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING DIVISION 2 (INCLUDING SECTIONS 2-106, 2-107, AND 2-108) OF ARTICLE V, CHAPTER 2, OF THE SALINA CODE PERTAINING TO QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES OF CITY ATTORNEY AND ASSISTANTS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. Repeal of Existing Division. Division 2 (including existing Sections 2-106, 2-107, and 2-108) of Article V, Chapter 2, of the Salina Code pertaining to qualifications and duties of city attorney and assistants is repealed.
Section 2. Publication. The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance, as soon as practicable after it has been passed and signed, to be published on the City’s website as the designated official city newspaper.
Section 3. Effective date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication.
