Beginning Monday, February 2, 2026, Smoky Hill Construction will be working in Fairdale Rd between Overhill Rd and Meadow Ln. Pavement will be removed to disconnect a water main from service. Fairdale Rd will be closed to thru traffic south of Overhill Rd. Access to Fairdale Rd north of Meadow Ln will be prohibited. Residents along Fairdale Rd will be provided access from Overhill Rd. Work is expected to last two weeks and be completed by February 16, 2026, weather permitting.
Appropriate barriers will be in place to ensure the safety of workers. Motorists may encounter minor delays and are encouraged to avoid work zones when possible.
