NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Salina Board of Zoning Appeals to consider the following application(s):
Application #V25-3, filed by Danny Henry, requesting a variance to Section 42- 58(a)(1) to allow two (2) additional accessory structures to be placed on a residential lot which has a detached garage. The property that is the subject of this application is legally described as Lot Ten (10), Block One (1), Bonds Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and addressed as 714 Highland Avenue.
Application #AP25-1, filed by Kaitlin Wells, appealing the Zoning Administrator’s denial of a Home Occupation Certificate for an in home beauty salon because it would be operated out of a detached garage. The property that is the subject of this appeal request is legally described as the West 50 ft. of Lots 30, 31 and 32, Block 1 of the Fairview Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and addressed as 508 Franklin Street.
The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building and may also be joined via Zoom on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
