Water Service Line Inventory Survey
Learn about lead by watching this short YouTube video “AWWA: Together, Let's Get the Lead Out”.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently issued regulations requiring all public water supply systems to develop a Lead Service Line Inventory of both city-owned and your customer- owned service lines.

Returning this survey will help complete the inventory of the service lines. Customer-owned service lines are typically installed by private plumbers, and therefore the City does not have records for these service line materials.
Lead and copper are not in the source water, they can enter tap water through the corrosion of service line piping and older household plumbing materials.
Please take a few minutes to complete this survey with the information you have available.
